Acceptance of terms
Your access to and use of feedbackreporter.com and Feedback Reporter is subject to these terms and applicable law. By accessing the website or service, you accept these terms. If you use the service for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept them for that organization.
The service
Feedback Reporter provides visual feedback capture, diagnostics, replay, workflow, monitoring, AI-assisted processing and connected-service features. Features may depend on subscription, project settings and third-party integrations.
Accounts and authorized use
You are responsible for account credentials, authorized users and lawful use of each workspace and project. You may not interfere with service operation, attempt unauthorized access, bypass usage controls, introduce malicious code or use the service to violate another person's rights.
Customer content
You retain rights in content submitted to the service. You grant Facio the rights needed to host, process, transmit and display that content solely to provide, secure and improve the service and meet legal obligations. You represent that you have the lawful right to submit and process the content, including screenshots, replay and diagnostic data.
Third-party services
Connections to Jira, Linear, Sentry and other providers are governed by the terms and privacy practices of those providers. You authorize Facio to exchange the information needed to perform the integration you configure. Facio is not responsible for third-party services.
Ownership
Unless otherwise stated, the website, service, text, images, software, design and arrangement are owned by Facio Labs Inc. or its licensors. Feedback Reporter and Facio marks may not be used without permission. No implied license is granted except the limited right to use the service under your subscription.
Fees, trial and cancellation
Paid use is billed according to the plan shown at purchase. The advertised 14-day trial covers one project and requires a payment method. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, billing begins automatically. Additional usage or projects may incur the disclosed charges. Applicable taxes may be added.
Availability and changes
We may update the service and these terms. We will provide notice when required by law or when a material change affects an active subscription. We may suspend access to protect the service, comply with law or address a material breach.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The website and service are provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law. Facio disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Facio and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential damages, loss of profits, business interruption or loss of data.
Governing law
These terms and related proceedings are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory local law applies.
