Facio Labs Inc., including its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, “Facio,” “we,” or “us”), respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and disclose personal data through feedbackreporter.com, the Feedback Reporter service, related support and marketing activities.
Information we collect
Information you provide
We may collect account and contact information, workspace and project configuration, feedback content, attachments, support communications and billing-related identifiers when you register for, configure or use Feedback Reporter.
Information collected through the service
Depending on project configuration, reports may include screenshots, page URLs, browser and device details, console and network diagnostics, session replay, uploaded files and integration metadata. We also collect security, access and usage logs needed to operate the service.
Information from connected services
When an authorized customer connects Jira, Linear, Sentry or another integration, we process the identifiers and content needed to provide that connection according to the customer's configuration and the connected provider's terms.
Analytics and local storage
With your permission, Feedback Reporter loads the same Google Analytics property used by facio.io (measurement ID G-16Z0VZ7R9D). We store your analytics choice in local storage. If you choose “Only necessary,” the Google Analytics script is not loaded.
How we use information
- Provide, secure, maintain and improve Feedback Reporter.
- Authenticate users, administer workspaces and enforce permissions.
- Process reports, diagnostics, integrations, support and billing.
- Communicate service changes and respond to requests.
- Comply with law, protect rights and prevent abuse.
- Perform analytics or marketing where permitted by law and your choices.
Legal bases
Where applicable, we process personal data to perform a contract, comply with legal obligations, pursue legitimate business interests or act on consent.
How we disclose information
We may disclose information to affiliates, infrastructure and service providers, connected services selected by the customer, professional advisers, competent authorities, or a successor in a corporate transaction. We do not disclose customer report content for third-party advertising.
International transfers
Information may be processed where Facio or its service providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate transfer safeguards, including applicable standard contractual clauses.
Security and retention
We maintain technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data. We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet contractual and legal requirements, resolve disputes and enforce agreements.
Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time. Customer workspace administrators may also control report access and retention within the service.
U.S. state privacy rights
Residents of California and certain other U.S. states may have additional rights to know, correct, delete or obtain personal information and to opt out of certain sales or sharing. Facio does not sell Feedback Reporter report content.

You can withdraw or change your analytics choice on this device at any time.
